We will give you a full report before you buy any diesel or electric units. You are also welcome to bring your own technician to verify these numbers before we deliver.
What exactly does your warranty cover, and who handles the service?
We back our reconditioned trucks with a 6-month warranty covering the major powertrain, hydraulic valves, and motor/engine controllers. More importantly, if a breakdown occurs, you don’t ship anything to us. We have a team of mobile service engineers based right here in the Klang Valley. What is the exact origin of this machine, and are the total operating time of the machine verified?
Our Toyota units are direct Japanese import. They operated in a clean, climate-controlled environment—not a harsh chemical or outdoor logging site. We verify the total operating time against the original Japanese export documents and auction sheets.
